The current mental health crisis is the result of a lack of accessible, effective solutions.
Happy Space is changing that.
From our research, Happy Space has found that certain aspects of everyday living can prove crucial to the prevention of mental wellbeing issues.
These aspects fall into the following five pillars, which form the framework for all of our resources.
Mind
Finance
Food
The Arts
Body
Guidebooks
Interactive guidebooks equip young people with tools to look after their mental wellbeing. These beautifully designed, engaging guidebooks are full of activities, tips, and tools contributed by wellbeing experts.
We have a range of guidebooks for ages 3 to 18, so get in touch to find out how we can supply resources for you!
Lesson Activites
A seven-week lesson plan with an accompanying teaching guide and worksheets provides teachers with the resources needed to deliver high-quality preventative mental wellbeing education.
Over half of all mental health issues are developed by age 14, and evidence shows that the most effective way to reach young people is whilst they are at school. So, we think it’s a no-brainer that children should be learning about preventative mental health care in the classroom.
Workshops
In-person or virtual workshops introduce students to the content and format of the guidebooks, inspiring curiosity and openness about mental wellbeing.
Happy Space prides itself on providing good, simple, and important advice on maintaining wellbeing, and we LOVE doing this in person whenever possible.
